Raised on a small farm in the Outaouais, Émilie had always felt drawn to plant-based foods rather than meat, and this led her to become vegetarian. Later, during her many trips to the US, she became more and more aware of the mistreatment of animals. This awareness inspired her to move toward strictly vegan cuisine.
A creative person who enjoys challenges and culinary experimentation, she perfected a multitude of excellent vegan recipes ranging from starters to desserts. They will soon be released in a recipe book. Her dishes are a delight to the taste buds, and with her contagious enthusiasm you soon find yourself eager to try them too. Émilie can often be found at a stand promoting her plant-based cuisine at certain farmers’ markets in the Laurentides, as well as on her Facebook page.
