It was in March 2013 that, from one day to the next, Isabelle went vegan. A decision made lightly? In deciding to banish all products of animal origin from her life, she soon found herself imposing the same diet on her husband and children. A “heavy” approach, you say? In reality, nothing could be further from the truth! To make it work, she became proactive, did her homework, and expanded her culinary horizons. In this way, she went from feeling rather bored about what she cooked to discovering a new passion for good food. Cooking is like chemistry: an experiment with flavours, textures, herbs, spices and sauces.
