In the conference “Manger végé pour performer”, Antoine Jolicoeur Desroches will present how a plant-based diet isn’t just good for your health, but is also good for your athletic performance. Not only does a plant-based diet contain all of the nutrients required for peak performance, it also helps to reduce inflammation caused by training, and thus promotes recovery.  Antoine will present plant sources of protein, iron, calcium, and more, with concrete examples of what a professional plant-based athlete eats on a daily basis.
