Ophélie Véron works a post-doctoral researcher at the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and is the founder of the vegan blog Antigone XXI. A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris and Oxford University, she received her PhD in Geography from University College London in 2015.
