Chantal Bekhor will show you how to prepare two superb appetizers that you could serve at your next gourmet dinner! This workshop is undoubtedly for “foodies” who want to spoil their guests! During the interactive workshop, participants will prepare Asian dumplings made from mushrooms and tofu and various sauces (peanuts and ginger). Chantal will also prepare with the participants an olive tapenade, simple but delicious!

Chantal Bekhor is the founder and chef of VG Gourmet. The workshop will be conducted in English and French.
