Marie-Noël Gingras

Blogger, animal lover and do-it-yourself enthusiast, Marie-Noël collaborated to many projects that participated to the expansion of veganism in Québec. She cofounded the blog Vert et Fruité and she volunteered for the Montreal SPCA where she was at the center of the judicial battle to overturn the banning of pit-bulls on Montreal. Marie-Noël also signed the recipes for the Défi végane 21 jours, by Élise Desaulniers, published in 2016 by Trécarré. Marie-Noël’s book, La beauté sans cruauté – petit guide pratique, was published in March 2018, also by Trécarré.
