This talk will summarize the published medical literature on nutrition and cardiovascular health, cardiovascular risk factors, including hypertension, elevated cholesterol, obesity, and type II diabetes mellitus, that can result in heart attack, stroke, peripheral artery disease, and erectile dysfunction and mortality.
