Eline has been sharing her vegan recipes since 2015 on her blog “Patate & Cornichon”, co-founded with her partner, Kevin Barralon. She has recently published the book “Les Bonnes Choses, cuisine végane au fil du jour” with Editions de l’Homme.
Eline has been passionate about cooking since her childhood. She decided very young to make it her job. After studying hospitality in France, and starting an early career in traditional cooking, she became a vegan and thus reinvented her profession. She is now working as a chef in Montreal. Her cooking is family-orientated and comforting but above all, simple and accessible.
