Valerie hasn’t always been vegan. Being a big fanatic of meat herself, she ended up marrying a vegetarian. During the pregnancy of her second daughter, she realized the impact her personal choices had on the environment and the animals themselves. She’s been a full-time mother for 8 years now, and she shares her time between her two girls, whom she homeschools, and her new passion: tattooing.
Passionate and creative, she works to change the perception of what people have on their plates while campaigning for animal rights. As a self-taught chef, she tries to inspire as many people and parents as possible, to shift to a plant-based diet for many reasons: 1) to give their children healthier eating habits; 2) to help prevent or reduce certain diseases; 3) out of respect for the environment; 4) and, above all, in the hope that animal exploitation ends.
