Guy Hajj Boutros is an accomplished scholar with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Quebec in Montreal. He’s shown a strong dedication to his field by actively getting involved in many ground-breaking research projects focused on how exercise affects obesity. He’s gone on to publish multiple papers that explain how exercise and nutrition can be used as practical tools to improve health for both young and older adults.
Presently, Guy is completing his PhD in Experimental Medicine at McGill University.
Simultaneously, he’s a project manager at the respected Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. His research at the esteemed REACH Lab focuses on how nutrition and exercise impact muscle metabolism. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as a lecturer at Bishop’s and Concordia Universities.
