This born communicator and creator of the popular Tofu magique shares with her thousands of subscribers on a daily basis her playful and uninhibited approach to plant-based food that is accessible to all. She is a regular contributor to the show “Moi j’mange” hosted by Stéphane Bellavance on Télé-Québec and to the show “Bien entendu” hosted by Stéphane Bureau on ICI Première. Her first cookbook was published by KO Éditions in the fall of 2019 and reached the top of the Quebec charts with over 20,000 copies sold. Since the fall of 2021, her second book has been published and the popular “Tofu magique” is finally available exclusively at Métro. You can also hear Loounie on the Radio-Canada OHdio platform with its powerful podcast “À plat ventre : La culture des dietes avec Loounie” and since spring 2022, she is the new headliner and ambassador of Mordu, the gourmet destination on Radio-Canada.
